TC TYPE:Double lips(a main lip, a vice lip), one spring.The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).
NBR rubber oil seal has the following characteristics:
1. Good oil resistance: it has good resistance to oil and can maintain good sealing performance when contacting with lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and other oil mediums, effectively preventing oil leakage.
2. Good wear resistance: it can work for a long time under the environment with certain friction, and when contacting with the rotating shaft, the wear-resistant characteristic can reduce the wear and prolong the service life of the oil seal.
3. Wide temperature adaptability: can work in a wide range of temperature, but the temperature is too high will affect its performance, the general working temperature is often between -40 ℃ - 120 ℃.
FKM rubber oil seal has the following characteristics:

Excellent temperature resistance: FKM rubber's high temperature resistance is outstanding, TC type FKM rubber oil seal can work effectively in a wide temperature range from -20°C to 250°C, and can be adapted to high-temperature environments such as automobile engines, aerospace and other high-temperature environments.

3. Outstanding sealing: double lip design, the main lip to prevent oil leakage, the secondary lip to prevent dust, impurities and other pollutants from entering, can provide good sealing effect in a variety of environmental conditions.
4. High durability: strong material, can be exposed to a variety of environmental factors over a long period of time to maintain a good state, suitable for demanding, long-term stable operation of equipment and systems.
